Harf Back to early access

Privacy notice

Last updated 18 October 2026

In short: when you request early access, we keep your email address and, if you give one, your answer to “What would you ask Harf to do first?”. We use them to send your invite and occasional product news. We don’t sell them. Ask us any time and we’ll delete them.

Who we are

This website is run by Nilmani Kumar, founder of Harf, based in India. For anything about your data, email harf.hello@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the early-access form, plus two details recorded with it:

The form doesn’t ask for your name and doesn’t install anything on your Mac. Joining the list gives Harf no access to your computer.

Why we use it

We rely on your request when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or asking us to delete your details.

Where it’s stored and who can see it

Requests are stored with Supabase, our database provider, on servers in Seoul, South Korea (Supabase region ap-northeast-2). The website can only add requests; it can’t read the list back. Only the Harf team can view requests, from the Supabase dashboard.

Emails are sent through Resend, our email delivery service, from hello@send.theharf.com, so Resend processes your email address to deliver them. Replies go to harf.hello@gmail.com, a Google (Gmail) account. We don’t sell or rent your details, and we only share them with the providers that store or send them for us.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 12 months after Harf’s public launch.

What this website loads from other sites

The website itself sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing in your browser. Some content comes from other services, which see your IP address when they deliver it:

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Email harf.hello@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we’ll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we use your details, we’ll update this page and the date above.
